REASON FOR RECRUITMENT
We are looking for an Account Manager to work on one of our flagship clients – SEAT.
The SEAT account is part of our established Volkswagen Group relationship, which covers 6 core brands – Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, SKODA, AUDI and Volkswagen Financial Services.
We would expect the role to be, on the whole, 100% SEAT.
SEAT are a growing and innovate brand in the ever evolving automotive sector. Recently recoginsed as the fastest growing car brand in the UK. The CRM landscape is changing with technology and digital being core drivers in understanding consumer behavior – SEAT fully comprehend the opportunity that this offers, and again look to us as the experts to help them along the way.
Our main role is to provide marketing and data strategy, creative and implementation for their CRM programmes, working closely with C14, ATL agency, PHD media agency, Cygnus Dealer marketing agency and Merkle the database agency.
The account manager would be expected to work very closely day-to-day with Merkle to ensure deployment of key email and DM campaigns, as well as maintain inter-agency relationships with the wider integrated team. The role reports directly to the Account Director.
WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO WE DELIVER?
- Customer journey planning and CRM solutions
- Data strategy
- Email, DM and SMS comms
- Creative work along the entire consumer journey – ranging from big conceptual briefs, to more executional briefs covering newsletters and established programme
- Product launch creative
The role will suit an experienced Account Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge or a switched on Senior Account Executive looking to take a step up. They will have proven direct and digital marketing experience and enjoy working in a high paced and energetic environment. An avid interest in cars is not essential but preferred. This person must also be able to manage and build strong relationships with clients. A self-starter, they’ll be someone who is comfortable working autonomously, using their initiative, and working as part of a large team.
