Adrian has been with us since 2003 and, in that time, he has worked across almost all Proximity’s major accounts. One of our first Behavioural Economics gurus, he helps us uncover those intriguing human insights behind the data. A black belt facilitator with a hands-on approach and a strongly collaborative working style, he goes all-out to bring out the best in teams and individuals at all levels.
He tells us ‘Chunking’ and ‘Optimism Bias’ has shaped his career and it certainly seems to have done the trick. After starting client-side he moved seamlessly into agency life working for the Brompton Agency and Carlson Marketing Group where he soon attained VP status, planning major Loyalty and CRM programmes for big clients like British Airways, BOC Gases and Britannia Building Society. As if this affinity with the letter B were not enough, he then joined Brann London where he helped shape the ground-breaking Guinness CRM programme. In his time at Proximity, Adrian has won recognition from all directions including no less than two highly coveted IPA Effectiveness Awards.
Married with 2 children, Adrian isn’t someone to let family life interfere with his rock and roll lifestyle. His band, Coverstar, has won a number of awards including NABS Battle Of The Bands, playing regularly to audiences of up to 2,000 adoring fans.
